Receptionist - (Part-Time) - Construction

Part - Time - (16 - 20 hours per week - 2 - 3 days)

Salary: £22,000.00-£25,000.00

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answering emails and telephone calls and transferring them as necessary
• Ensuring that all queries are dealt with promptly and in a professional manner
• The ability to work well in a small team and cope alone
• Good IT/keyboard skills and a good understanding of accounts, Word and Excel
• Scanning documents and sorting post
• Need to give strong attention to detail and have good accuracy
• Day to day reconciliation of invoices
• Matching purchase orders with invoices
• Placing orders with suppliers
• Support colleagues in managing project running totals
• Pay staff wages (employed and self-employed)

EXPERIENCE:

• At least 2 years’ experience of providing reception or administration support
• Experience of bookkeeping
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
