Think Accountancy & Finance have collaborated with delightful company based in the Watford area. This position presents an excellent opportunity for a local, knowledgeable Payroll expert with exceptional communicational skills and a keen eye for detail.
This role offers flexibility in working hours (Approximately 15 - 20 hours per week), while requiring availability during peak periods, such as end-of-month pay cycles.

Responsibilities include:
- Handling end-to-end payroll processes for 250 staff.
- Managing intricate tasks related to shift patterns, holiday accruals, and overtime allowances.
- Overseeing international payroll.
- Utilising SAGE 50 for current system operations.
- Ensuring accurate data entry and verification.
- Proficiency in working with Excel spreadsheets and performing manual calculations.
- Generating monthly reports.
- Meeting strict deadlines for monthly tasks.
- Organising workload to address unforeseen errors or setbacks.
The ideal candidate should possess:
- End to End Payroll experience
- Experience in manual calculations
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong communication and organisational skills with adaptability.
- Proficiency in Excel
- Experience with SAGE 50 is useful but not essential.
- Ability to adapt to new systems and navigate unfamiliar situations.
