- Manage the relationship with the Railway Pension Scheme.
- Maintain compliance with relevant legal and regulatory standards.
- Handle any payroll and pensions queries from employees.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Payroll & Pensions Manager should have:
- Proven experience in payroll and pensions management within the public sector.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in relevant software and systems.
- Ideally be studying or have the CIPP
