Use your Project Manager experience in this payroll transformation role at a non-profit organisation.
The Role:
Currently in phase one of a three-phase delivery plan, this education charity are bringing their payroll function in-house, working with an implementation partner and Oracle.
With a lack of process documentation, you will be comfortable "navigating the grey", able to be proactive and delivery driven. From stakeholder management, to writing and updating project plans, you will be comfortable looking at strategic delivery as well as being a hands-on member of the team.
Key Skills and Experience:
- Extensive experience in project management and a proven ability to deliver on time and to budget
- Experience delivering payroll transformation
- Ability to be proactive and delivery driven in an environment lacking structure
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience writing and managing project plans
- Ability to execute excellent project administration and be hands-on
Core Details:
This is a 6-9 month contract outside IR35 requiring 3-days per week in South London, with a flexible start date but sooner rather than later. The day rate is up to £600 per day (Outside IR35).
