Payroll Specialist (Interim)

Processing

• Calculate and reconcile pay runs - reporting to HR
• Complete and update all payroll - distribute P45's and produce RTI's
• Process each pay run
• Pension Administration - enrolments, prepare reports, pension spreadsheets, contact new starters
• New Starters
• Check sickness - manual calculation of SSP
• Update Tax Codes to HMRC
• Other ad hoc responsibilities required

Profile

Payroll Specialist (Interim)

• Payroll exposure - start to finish
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong MS Package experience - Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Exposure in a fast paced environment - highly desirable
• Confident working individually
