Payroll Specialist (Interim)
Processing
- Calculate and reconcile pay runs - reporting to HR
- Complete and update all payroll - distribute P45's and produce RTI's
- Process each pay run
- Pension Administration - enrolments, prepare reports, pension spreadsheets, contact new starters
- New Starters
- Check sickness - manual calculation of SSP
- Update Tax Codes to HMRC
- Other ad hoc responsibilities required
Profile
Payroll Specialist (Interim)
- Payroll exposure - start to finish
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong MS Package experience - Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Exposure in a fast paced environment - highly desirable
- Confident working individually
