Payroll Manager

6 month Day Rate Contract inside IR35

Reading - Hybrid (3 days per week- Non Negotiable)

Are you specialist of UK payroll processing? Are you experienced in P11D tax submissions, UK taxes, benefits statements and pay models? We are hiring for Payroll Manager for our telecom client based at Reading.

What will you be doing?

• Payroll Processing of approximately 320 - 350 UK staff
• BAU Payroll - c320 EE
• Support with new system SAP implementation
• Experience with Morepay ERP is an advantage
• Excellent knowledge & experience of UK payroll and UK associated taxes
• Benefit Statement experience and Pay Models experience
• Understanding of Tax and HR legislation and process within the UK
• Managing pensions & benefits administration including at least an awareness of the following: Pensionable Pay sets 1 and salary sacrifice schemes
• A good understanding of employment law as it relates to pay and benefits, in particular gender pay

What are we looking for?

• Payroll Qualification (CIPD or CIPP) - Current\ Complete or Equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Payroll Specialist\Payroll Manager
• SAP Payroll Experience and SAP Implementation Experience
• UK Payroll and UK Taxes experience
• Experience with P11D Submissions for Tax
• Benefits Statements and Pay models experience
