JOB TITLE: Payroll and HR Assistant
LOCATION: Duston, Northampton
SALARY: £30,000 PA - pro rata to 30 hours per week
HOURS: 30 hours per week, Monday - Friday

Office Angels are excited to be supporting a highly regarded company with their latest recruitment. They are looking for a experienced Payroll Assistant with basic HR knowledge to join their small friendly team on a part time basis.
KEY DUTIES:
· End to end processing of company payroll.
· Administration of HR for the group including payroll, pensions, recruitment and training.
· Collate information for above, process, produce reports and journals and file.
· Ensure our HR complies with legislation by constant liaison with our external HR advisors.
· HR administrative set up and payroll of any new branches.
· Purchase ordering.
· Offer cover for your Manager and Head Office colleagues when required.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
· Experience using SAGE Payroll
· Effective time management
· Able to build professional relationships
· Good understanding of Payroll legislation.
· Intermediate Excel & Word skills.
· Be able to work on own initiative.
