People Administrator

Ashley Kate are pleased to be working in partnership with a long standing retail client on their search for a HR Administrator to join the team and add value to the business while they continue to grow and develop within this industry.
 
This role is fully office based working.
 
Salary between £24,000 - £27,000
Full time hours
Coventry based
 
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to continue their career in HR and have the opportunity to progress in the future. Reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner at this busy site, the role of HR Administrator is a varied and busy role, supporting with a wide range of HR matters including:
 
·Acting as the first point of contact for HR queries on-site or for any other sites when required
·Producing all HR paperwork and documents
·Coordination of HR meetings and provide note taking
·Responsibility of updating HR systems and any documentation required
·Running reports and analysing all data
·Support with end to end Recruitment including - pre-employment checks and onboarding for the business
 
This role is key for the business and would suit someone from a blue-collar environment and has a few years of HR experience to ensure they have the confidence and initiative to make decisions and challenge senior managers as and when required.
