Elevation Recruitment Group HR are supporting a fantastic and engaging people focused high performing business in their search for a People Advisor.
This role would suit an experienced HR professional who enjoys the full generalist HR role. Culturally the business is very people centric and puts its workforce at the heart of everything it does.
You would provide an efficient and high-quality generalist HR advice service, supporting the people policies and procedures, recruitment interviews and conducting ER meetings supporting the line managers.
Managing and updating all case logs effectively, escalating more complex cases to the People Manager if required, you will also be responsible for health and wellbeing questionnaires which are completed by colleagues and
conduct meeting and Risk Assessment where appropriate as well as updating people polices and processes required.
A key member of the People & Culture team you will maintain up to date employment law knowledge as well as keep up to date with any legislative change which affects all employee lifecycle events.
The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of HR practices and
legislation, ideally CIPD Level 5 with Proven experience in supporting
management with a variety of HR/ER issues. Experience of drafting frameworks and policies would be great.
