People Advisor

An exciting opportunity to join a rapidly expanding Financial Services Group who are seeking a People Advisor.
This is a newly created role and will be working in a wider HR Team with responsibilities across the HR remit including a variety of new projects and initiatives to support their growth.
Responsibilities:
Assisting the Director of People Operations on HR duties.
Employee Relations experience.
Working with a variety of internal stakeholders
Managing multiple projects at one time.

Comfortable working and supporting senior stakeholders.
