People Advisor

My busy Retford based clients are currently seeking an experienced People/HR Advisor to support their central HR function within Head Office Location.
My clients are a Trust of local School Academies with multiple sites throughout the region.
Day to day duties:
* Employee relations
* Managing case work (for example, sickness, absence and performance)
* Dealing with disciplinaries & warnings
* Implement leadership and management teams
* Traveling between Nottinghamshire & Lincolnshire will be required, when needed
The ideal candidate:
* Will have at least 2 years’ experience within a People/HR advisor (or similar) position
* Experience within case management
* Level 3 CIPD or above
* Strong stakeholder skills
* Happy working within academy settings
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to challenge where needed
Hours of Work:
* Monday to Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm.
* Pay is £16.69 to £18.72 per hour, depending on experience.
* Hybrid working available
* Only working within term time
This role is temp-to-perm so our client is only looking for candidates who are seeking long term work.
