, The People Business Leader will liaise closely with the People Services Team to ensure partners are appraised of people agenda priorities within the Directorates that they support. Promoting a culture of engagement, equality, diversity and inclusion within their business areas., , The People Business Leader will provide a comprehensive, professional and high quality people service to their nominated Directorate(s). A key role in the management team, the People Business Leader will support the Directorate in developing the people capacity and capability to deliver their business plans, including robust and effective workforce planning., , If you are an experienced People Professional and passionate about customer care, we look forward to hearing from you., , Whilst there is funding for the role to be full time, we would be keen to hear from candidates looking for flexible working options.
