If so, this role is perfect for you! Here at Peabody, we have an opportunity for a People Consultant on a permanent basis, supporting a number of business areas including Care, Supported Housing, Communities and Corporate Services.
This role offers a hybrid approach with a minimum of two days in the office each week based at our Westminster Bridge Road office. Regular travel will be needed to Peabody sites throughout Essex including Colchester and Pitsea.
A bit about the role
As a People Consultant, you will support the Strategic Partner to deliver a high level of ‘People’ business support including building strategic leadership capabilities, assessing effectiveness within the business area, and to operationally support the delivery and embedding of change.
Some of the key results for the role include:
- Work closely to support the Strategic Partner in delivering Local People Plans.
- Operationally deliver and support on restructure and redundancy processes (incl. TUPE).
- Ask the right questions and has the confidence to challenge the business and leaders.
- Create and pull data and evidence together, analyse this and put forward recommendations, evaluating and reviewing success and failures and can feedback to the business where appropriate.
- Use and apply evidence to support business cases or decisions.
