Exciting opportunity for an experienced PEOPLE COORDINATOR to join a creative Design Agency based in central London. The successful People Coordinator will primarily be responsible for ensuring that all HR related administrative duties are completed in a timely and accurate manner, and act as the first point of contact for employee enquiries on recruitment, training and policies.
Duties will include ( but are not limited to):
- Assisting in the administration of all new starter information
- New starters on-boarding
- Ensure recruiting managers are provided with the appropriate induction and review documentation
- Keep up to date with changes to the immigration system.
- Assisting in the administration of all leaver information
- Issuing letters confirming changes in role/contractual terms
- Notifying the HSS Team of any new or existing employees being offered benefits and recording them on our HR system.
- Checking and notifying the health plan company of starters and leavers each month
- Administration for various benefits schemes
- Manage and maintain electronic records for each employee
- Produce reports on starters and leavers as well as a full staff list when requested
The successful person will possess the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality, be organised with excellent attention to detail and confident utilising their initiative working with minimum supervision.
