Job Description
- Lead the Human Resources team, ensuring optimal performance and growth.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programmes.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
The Successful Applicant
- A strong background in Human Resources Management.
- A CIPD qualification or degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
- A proven ability to implement HR strategies that support business objectives.
- Familiarity with HR software and strong knowledge of employment legislation and practices.
- Experience within hospitality, food or beverages will be highly desirable
