Goodman Masson is thrilled to collaborate with a globally recognised organisation dedicated to advancing sexual reproductive health care rights and justice, including safe abortion, across diverse communities worldwide. This impactful organisation is seeking a People Partner to play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing People Plans that align with the Strategic Framework objectives, fostering optimal performance, and nurturing an inclusive environment that engages and develops diverse talent.
The role is based in London and will require presence in the London Office 2/3 days a week. The main responsibilities are:
- Maintain consistency and proactively evolve people practices to attract, develop, and retain talent, enhance performance, and improve the employee experience journey.
- Collaborate with HR Operations Manager, People Partners, and HR Focal points to develop processes, tools, and platforms supporting the Strategic Framework and driving visible change.
- Each People Partner leads in Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Engagement, or Employer Proposition.
- People Partners have dotted line reporting of HR Admin focal point for on-the-ground support
- Develop and implement annual people plan aligned with Secretariat's 3-year plan, working with RDs/DDs and their SMTs.
- Manage employee lifecycle journey, optimise recruitment, evolve performance and development, optimise workforce planning, manage employee relations risks, adapt pay review cycle, implement People Policies and Procedures, contribute to global People platform, build trusted relationships, recommend interventions for engagement and wellbeing, and support a safe environment.
What the ideal candidate will have:
- Qualified HR Professional with extensive experience across the employee lifecycle, including HR and People Business Partner roles with Senior Management Teams.
- Experienced in advising and working across diverse geographies and legal jurisdictions, particularly on recruitment & employee relations matters.
- Proven track record of developing and delivering ambitious people plans and managing/delivering projects with adaptable planning and organising skills.
- Skilled in influencing with resilience and emotional intelligence, demonstrating good judgement and decision-making, and strong verbal and written communication.
- Upholds the highest integrity and confidentiality, embraces diversity and multiculturalism, and demonstrates commitment to safeguarding, anti-racism, sexual reproductive health care rights, and worker's rights.
