People Manager - Human Resources - Hybrid

As the Director of People at Three Ships UK, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving our talent acquisition, people operations, and talent management strategies in our UK office. Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract high-caliber candidates. Research and develop competitive benefits package thorough research on current and emerging employee benefits. Build and promote the employer brand in the UK through various channels. Provide regular updates and reports on talent acquisition and people operations metrics. Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience. Implement programs to support employee development, career growth, and retention. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition and/or HR leader, preferably at a managerial level. Strong understanding of talent management and people operations principles and best practices.
