The Role:
This is a brand new opportunity in our people team. You’ll join as a People Partner for our back office function, which is largely technology and digital employees. You’ll be part of the Global people team, supporting around 300 employees (90% Manchester, 10% USA/APAC).
What You’ll Do:
You will act as an expert advisor, and lead on CAVU wide strategic people change projects.
You will partner with leaders in global digital and central support teams throughout business planning to identify future structure and capability/resource requirements.
Ideally, you will bring:
- Proven experience working as a People Partner in either a digital, SaaS or technology focused company.
- Ideally experience in a Global company.
- Full CIPD accreditation
- Excellent project planning and delivery knowledge.
- Considerable experience of taking ownership for managing large-scale change/transformation projects (ideally globally).
- Previous experience working on business acquisitions, TUPE and related transformation projects.
- Proven experience partnering with leadership teams to understand the needs of the business and CAVU people, with a particular emphasis on supporting technology and digital back office teams.
- The ability to generate initiatives to positively impact CAVU. Such as diversity initiatives, partnerships and/or similar.
- Experience of developing and implementing best practice people techniques and methodologies (talent, reward, engagement, Leadership & Development, ER)
- Ability to build strong external networks & internal relationships
- Excellent prioritisation skills
