People Partner - Hybrid

My Client based in Dagenham are looking for a People Partner to join their team primarily on a fixed term basis of six months with a strong possibility of the role going permanent.

Qualifications:

• Qualified to Level 5 CIPD or equivalent experience
• Degree level educated or equivalent experience

Experience:

• Experience of working in partnership with a range of stakeholders including managers, trade unions, employees and external partners
• Experience of advising on terms and conditions of employment, contractual documentation and employment law across the full range of operational HR including recruitment, diversity and inclusion, employee relations, reward, organisation development, change management, employee engagement and learning and development.
• Experience of effective management of ER cases
• Experience of constructively managing and improving employee relations
