People Team Administrator

Great opportunity to work as a People Team Administrator for a leading food production site.
Staffline is recruiting a People Team Administrator in Worksop.
The rate of pay is £11.98 per hour.
This role has both full or part-time days available (Part time available in the form of days worked not shift times). The hours of work are:
- Monday to Thursday, 8:30am to 5pm + Friday 8am to 2:30pm.
Experience in a similar role and Basic Microsoft Package experience is required.
Your Time at Work
As a People Team Administrator, your duties will include:
- Scanning data, from personal files
- Adding the scanned data to colleague electronic files and adding tags - Then chasing up any missing information with colleagues
- Tracking this information and ensuring it is all returned, scanned, and added to the colleague file
- Scanning and filing my team's paperwork and filing
Our Perfect Worker
Our perfect worker will have Level 2 Business Administration or equivalent, people function admin support experience is desirable but must have administrative experience. Experience of achieving multiple deadlines and manufacturing /food industry experience.
Experience in a similar role and Basic Microsoft Package experience is required.
