People Team Administrator
The People Team Administrator role is a crucial part of the People Function and providing a ‘best in class’ HR service to colleagues across Essex and Herts Air Ambulance Trust (EHAAT). You’ll be the first point of contact for our people, as well as proactively seeking and recommending ideas to ensure EHAAT continues to be a great place to work.
* Permanent
* £25,000 pa
* 37.5 hours/ 5 days a week (PT will be considered minimum of 4 days a week)
* Based at North Weald with the option of hybrid working (up to 2 days a week at home)
PEOPLE TEAM ADMINISTRATOR ROLE

ABOUT THE PEOPLE TEAM ADMINISTRATOR RESPONSIBILITIES
The purpose of this role is to deliver a robust People Team support function, working with colleagues across EHAAT, to provide an outstanding people experience.
This is a crucial role in enabling the Charity to support, grow and develop our team, delivering a comprehensive HR service in line with our values.
ABOUT YOU
* Whilst HR experience is not necessary, previous experience in an administration role is
* Digitally savvy, with the ability to adapt and learn new systems, as well as using MS Office tools
* Ability to communicate effectively at all levels, both written and verbal
* Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
* Ability to juggle multiple priorities with the utmost discretion, confidentiality, and integrity at all times
* Proven experience in an administration role and delivering great experiences to others
* Ability to proactively find answers and recommend solutions
