This role has a starting salary of £50,047 per annum, based on a 36 hour working week.
The role is available as an 18 month fixed term or secondment opportunity initially.
We are thrilled to be hiring a new Resource, Finance and Digital Managerto join our Service Delivery Central Team. The Service is part of the Adults, Wellbeing and Health Partnerships Directorate. The team has recently gone through a restructure and we are now looking forward to:
- exciting developments in our Reablement Service
- embedding a supported living culture in our learning disability and autism services
- supporting our care services within prisons
The role is based in Leatherhead but travel across the county is required. We promote a hybrid approach to working meeting collaboratively when required. We are proud of our strong focus on development and excellent track record of promoting internally.

About the team
The Service Delivery Central Team support and manage Surrey County Council's in house care services. The services are registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and include:
- Reablement Services
- Supported living services and a short break service for adults with learning disabilities and autism
- Care services in prisons.
About the Role
The Resource, Finance and Digital Manager will be responsible for leading resource planning and financial monitoring of our Reablement and PLD services. You will capture key data to monitor the effectiveness of the service. You will have a lead role in the development and implementation of digital solutions for Reablement Services.
You will be the line manager of a small team of staff (including Resource Advisors, Business Support Assistants and a Digital Business Assistant) and be accountable to the CQC Nominated Individual for the in house services.

- Highly organised, with the ability to work on own initiative and respond effectively to many conflicting priorities.
