Brief Description
We are currently seeking two talented Performance Data Quality Assistants to support the Data Quality Team by carrying our process checks and infilling systems data when not automatically captured. Monitor compliance with the Performance Data accuracy code and business process manual.
About the role (External)
Key Accountabilities
1. Monitor compliance with the Performance Data accuracy code and business process manual through systems compliance checks e.g. berth offsetting.
2. Undertake Data Quality administration to maintain a high level of Data Quality compliance.
3. Manage the missing reports process.
4. Assist in the validation of TRUST incidents.
Job Skills, Experience and Qualifications
Essential
- Educated to GCSE level standard
- IT literate
- Self motivating and able to plan and deliver to tight timescales
- Excellent communicator
Desirable
- Knowledge of the railway operating environment
- Knowledge of the South Western Railway Business structure
- Customer focused
- Knowledge of performance reporting systems
