We are looking for a Performance Delivery Manager to hold portfolio responsibility of our Retirement and Supported Living services in our Wellbeing and Support team.
We have 75 Retirement Living services, rented and leasehold, across the country, and Supported Living services across 5 regions, predominantly Young Persons Services.
This will be hard work, particularly within the current operating environment so you’ll need a heap of resilience and a bundle of tenacity. You’ll laugh, you’ll be occasionally frustrated, but you’ll be supported to grow into the role and have an opportunity to shape and improve services, which enable our customers and communities to thrive.
This brand-new role is an opportunity to ensure we deliver excellent services to our Retirement and Supported Living customers. We know that supporting people requires ambition, commitment and a forward-thinking leader and that is what we are looking for.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have experience of managing accommodation based services
- Have demonstrable expertise around improving people’s lives across a portfolio of services
- Can show us how you have delivered on KPI’s and achieving outcomes at scale
- Can evidence effecting continuous service improvement
- Have ensured delivery of safe, effective services across a large base
- Know the value of collaborative partnership working
- Be a practical and logical thinker, overcoming problems/issues to meet deadlines.
- Have strong analytical and report writing skills.
