We are growing an exciting area of our staffing business, offering an innovative staffing solution to our clients. Due to recent success we are growing our Project Services team and are looking for a Service Delivery Manager (SDM) to support us with our increasing client base. SThree Project Services provides flexible delivery options that enable our clients to maximise their project budgets and deliver digital transformation portfolios at pace.

This is NOT a Project Manager opportunity, nor is it an IT Service Delivery Manager vacancy - We are hiring for a "Recruitment Service Delivery Manager". We need someone who understands the recruitment industry (SoW, MSP solutions). This is high touch point, strategic, highly process driven type opportunity. If you have not worked as a recruitment SDM unfortunately you will not be considered for this opportunity.

This role goes beyond the typical responsibilities of a traditional recruitment and talent acquisition vacancy - it's focusing instead on the heart of our recruitment process and Service Delivery offerings to our clients.

Why This Role Matters To SThree:

Key Client Contact - You'll be the linchpin in our client relationships, managing on-boarding, Statements of Work (SoW), and navigating through risks and issues. Your ability to ensure smooth transitions and maintain client confidence is crucial.

Reporting On Progress - Mastery in tracking and reporting on the progress of interim projects against SoWs is vital. We rely on your insights to understand interim performance, address potential risks, and align with client expectations.

Collaboration with Recruitment Consultants - Your role is central to linking our recruitment consultants with our strategic goals, facilitating service progression, contract management, and fostering strong client relationships.

Governance - With a keen eye for detail, you'll manage risk and issue logs, account planning, and escalations, ensuring governance and continuous improvement in our Service Delivery.

This role is designed for those who excel in managing complex recruitment ecosystems, prioritising client satisfaction, and driving operational excellence. It's an opportunity to shape the future of recruitment, making a significant impact on our clients and candidates alike.

Who will you be working for?

As a Service Delivery Manager, you would be responsible for a number of private and public sector clients, ensuring that the PS services being delivered are done to time and quality; engaging our expert interims and associates to ensure risks and issues are measured and managed.

You will be a key player in shaping and growing our presence within your account portfolio; being the commercial expert, providing insight to customers, introducing PS&S services to their business, and working closely with our expert recruitment consultants across the SThree brands to make every account as successful as possible.
