Principal Accountabilities
- Liaise with the Commercial Director on analysis of daily traffic and performance reports to improve on-the-road performance. Analyse and investigate bus network trends using historic performance data provided by TfGM
- 's AVL system and direct feedback.
- Accountable: identification of trends and poor performance
- Work with Performance Analyst who will remotely and objectively assess current performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Develop initiatives to improve all aspects of service delivery, including punctuality
- Be responsible for the development and improvement plans, preparation of performance reports and implementation of plans to mitigate events.
- Reporting to the Head of Service Delivery, assist, contribute to all Performance Review meetings.
