My client is seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support their Group Managing Director. The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide variety of administrative tasks to enhance efficiency and productivity.
This role requires meticulous attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple deadlines, and a professional and trustworthy approach.
Day to Day of the role:- Manage the Group Managing Director’s calendar, scheduling meetings and ensuring effective time management.
- Organise complex travel itineraries with a focus on preferences and cost-effectiveness.
- Filter incoming calls and emails, prioritising actions and keeping the Group Managing Director informed.
- Create and refine documents, presentations, and reports.
- Organise meeting materials and ensure the Group Managing Director is fully briefed for all agendas.
- Capture meeting actions and perform necessary follow-up tasks.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Prioritise tasks and responsibilities, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
- Manage office administration, including service providers, facilities, and ordering supplies.
- Minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role, supporting at Director level.
- High standards of numeracy and literacy, ideally supported by a degree and/or relevant qualifications.
- IT literacy with proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience in building reports and presentations.
- Excellent listening, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build effective working relationships at all levels.
