Job Title: Personal Assistant
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Full time 09:00 - 17:00 Monday to Friday, 30 mins lunch
Location: Redditch
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum
Benefits: 25 days per annum + statutory bank holidays, company pension and free onsite parking.
Our client is looking for a confident and well organised PA to join their small and friendly team. The successful candidate will thrive in a bustling setting alongside the Managing Director and internal sales team. This position offers a wide array of responsibilities, often involving simultaneous tasks. The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong teamwork abilities, adept multitasking skills, outstanding organisational and communication skills, acute attention to detail, proactive attitude, adaptability, and self-driven motivation.
Duties include:
* Collaborate with the sales team to assess equipment costs and understand designs.
* Diary management for the Managing Director including travel arrangements.
* Handle communication with current clients and follow-up on proposals.
* Create customised proposals utilising InDesign to align with the company's aesthetic.
* Maintain and update the company's CRM system to ensure accurate data entry.
* Oversee the company's marketing and social media platforms in collaboration with an external agency.
* Generate blog posts for the website and contribute content to trade publications as needed.
* Compile business analytics and generate sales reports as necessary.
* Perform miscellaneous office tasks as needed.
Skills and experience required:
* Self-motivated
* Excellent numeracy and customer service skills
* A professional telephone manner
* Strong verbal and written skills
* Excellent analytical and organisational skills
* Understanding/experience in Marketing and Social Media
* Proficient in Microsoft Office packages.
* Adobe package experience desired but not essential.
* Experience of working in a sales environment would be beneficial but not essential.
