Personal Assistant

A UHNW Family is looking for a dedicated and professional Personal Assistant to accompany them whilst they travel Europe for the first 3 months of Summer. After that the PA will stay on permanently and split their time accompanying the Principal on her travels, working remotely from their own country and sometimes spend up to 1 month in their home in Riyadh. We are looking for an exceptional individual that will become integral part of the Family and a right arm to the client. Confidentiality and privacy are key to this job alongside excellence and an outstanding experience in working for Private Individuals and UHNW clients. 

The ideal candidate will be able to be flexible when it comes to both location and hours, as the position is on the go and involves a close collaboration with the Principal that is often travelling. We need someone that always thinks ahead and isn't easily fazed by sudden change of plans. This job will suit a passionate individual that has amazing communication skills and knows how to remain professional at all times whilst offering unwavering sup[port to the family and principal. 

Requirements: 

- Speak English fluently
- EU Passport (is a plus) 
- Able to be flexible and work from multiple locations
- Happy to travel 
- Great communication skills and professionalism
