A real estate development and investment business with offices Europe wide is seeking a motivated and ambitious PA/EA to provide administrative support to two Partners and a wider team of professionals.
A proven track record within real estate, private equity, Venture Capital would be beneficial as well as an understanding of requirements for a busy thriving team.
Ideally looking for a minimum of 1 years exp within the above industry sectors. Would suit a graduate with at least 1 years exp as a PA/Team Assistant looking for a step up into an EA role.
Key Responsibilities
- Diary management to Partners of the Asset Management and Finance team
- Business Travel in both UK and Globally
- Meeting and event management - effectively planning and efficiently executing meetings, internal and external events
- Expenses and Invoice processing
- Administrative duties
- Office management
- Meet and Greet of guests and visitors
Minimum Requirements
- Private equity, venture capital , real estate or professional services organisation experience ideal
- The ability to work within a team and a fast paced, dynamic office environment
- Proficient IT skills including experience of Microsoft office (particularly excel, word and ppt)
- Proficient English language skills, another European language is a plus
- Must have strong education credentials - Ideally degree educated or equivalent
Looking for someone confident, upbeat, with a super flexible attitude where nothing is too much trouble. This is social environment so someone with an outgoing personality , who is super engaging would work well.
