Are you an looking for an immediately available role within a leading, multinational retail chain?This leading retail chain operate over 10,000 stores in 20 countries have been trading for over 70 years. This is an exciting opportunity to join as a Personal Assistant to the Store Operations Director. Within this role where you will be responsible for complex calendar and inbox management for the Director, reconciles of their credit card and associated receipts, assist with recruitment including reviewing of candidates, arranging interviews, complaining personnel files and contracts, workday management, coordinate and prepare business events/meetings, assist in drafting presentations, minutes and reports.This role would suit an individual with experience of being a PA to a Senior employee, confident in multitasking, good attention to detail who is available for an immediate start working for an industry leading company.
The Role:
- Personal Assistant to the Store Operations Director
- 8-9 months maternity cover, £35,775 pro rota
- 40 hours a week, 8am-4:30pm with an hours lunch break, can work from home 2 days a week
The Person:
- Excellent organisation, communication and problem solving skills
- Experience in diary and inbox management
- Looking for an immediately available role working for a multinational company
