Overview:
A growing organisation are currently seeking a Personal Assistant to join their team to assist the Managing Director with their day to day organisation.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in a fantastic organisation
Role & Responsibilities:
- Assist in booking travel arrangements and accommodation
- Organise and book in meetings and monitor diaries
- Producing powerpoint presentations for the Director including key information
- Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth day to day running
- Minute taking
- To work closely with marketing team
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in a Personal Assistant/Executive Assistant position
- Experience on Microsoft applications, especially PowerPoint
- An excellent communicator
- Confident engaging at Director level
- Hard-working and ambitious
Package:
- Up to £35,000 depending on experience
