Our client based in Staffordshire has an exciting opportunity and is looking for an experienced EA/PA to support the Senior Executive Managers within the organisation. The role will be on a monthly rolling contract and the rate will be negotiable dependant on experience.Requirements:
- Extremely well-organised, proactive and flexible
- Good interpersonal and communications skills, be able to maintain positive working relationships at many levels
- Experience of operating in a busy, demanding and pressurised environment
- Experience of dealing with a busy and complex diary
- Previous experience providing support to Senior Executive Managers where there are moving timescales/deadlines and priorities
- Preparation of background notes/reports/briefings
- Processing of invoices electronically and use of general ledger
- Shorthand/Audio typing skills
- Particular experience in managing correspondence and mail distribution including use of mailmerge
- Minute taking
- To be available on an either an immediate basis, they may potentially consider a 1 week notice period.
