Personal Assistant

Our client is looking for a lovely, super personable PA to support the CEO & Creative Director for a well known British clothing brand. This role consists of traditional PA duties as well as some personal support. You will be required to come into their office 4 days a week, 1 day form home.  
What you’ll do:
- Manage extensive diaries across multiple teams including the CEO and Creative Director
- Coordinate meetings, making sure the Executives are always fully briefed
- Assist with presentations
- Book and manage travel and expenses
- General administration
- Assist with personal duties such as booking appointments etc
What you’ll need:
- At least 3 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant (ideally supported at C-suite level)
- Background in fashion/ retail would be advantageous
- Strong time management and communication skills
- Highly organised and fantastic attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise 
- Proficient in Microsoft Applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
