Your new roleIn this role you will be the Personal Assistant to a dynamic and fast-paced team and be a part of a vibrant company culture. You will join a friendly team who are passionate about supporting and celebrating each other's accomplishments.
The team assistant responsibilities will largely be focused on calendar management, travel management, processing invoices, preparing briefing papers and executive packs, handling internal and external communication, and participating in selected project work.
This Personal Assistant role is a permanent, full-time position based in Central London offering 3 days in the office and 2 hybrid working days.
What you'll need to succeed
- The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the Financial Services sector.
- You should have outstanding organisational and time management skills, the ability to multitask and prioritise daily workloads, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- You will need to be proficient in MS Office.
