A well-established Accountancy Firm operating from the head office based in Bolton.
Due to the development, the business is now expanding and seeking for a Personal Assistant to join their business on a full-time permanent basis. This is an extremely wide and varied role within the organisation presenting a mix of routine tasks and duties alongside unpredictable daily challenges, this role requires a person with excellent communication and organisational skills.
Working pattern is office based, full time - 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday, with full flexibility.
Your new role
As Personal Assistant to two directors you will be expected to Take Minutes, Manage Dairies, process timesheets, process expenses, organise travel and accommodation, along with all other administrative duties.
You will be the first point of contact; therefore, a warm and friendly personality is an invaluable asset, alongside liaising with internal and external departments.
What you\'ll need to succeed
In order to be successful in securing this position you must have excellent interpersonal skills, a keen team player and proficient in Microsoft packages including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Alongside being trustworthy and honest with total Confidentiality, you should be Self-motivated and able to use own initiative.
Flexible, must not possess a "not my job" attitude, whilst having excellent attention to detail.
