Personal Assistant

You will work closely with the Group Business Manager providing invaluable administrative support to the esteemed C-suite team.

Responsibilities include;

• Delivering high-level administrative support to the MD.
• Facilitating seamless domestic and international travel arrangements and accommodations for the Founders and MD.
• Spearheading the coordination of monthly team meetings for UK Leadership.
• Orchestrating engaging monthly all-company learning events.
• Managing meticulous expense administration for the Founders and MD.
• Championing the Employee of the Month process.
• Undertaking ad hoc projects as and when required with enthusiasm and precision

Person Specification;

• Proficient in creating documents and spreadsheets using office software such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Demonstrated ability to manage internal and external correspondence efficiently.
• Exemplary written and verbal communication skills.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills with a steadfast commitment to confidentiality.
• Initiative-driven, capable of thriving independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail and precision.
• Strong collaborative spirit and a proactive attitude towards internal stakeholder management.

Salary for this role is up to £28,000 DOE. 

You will be based out of the head office in Stockport. Following onboarding, this role offers hybrid working, with the flexibility to work 2/3 days per week in the office in line with business needs.
