Personal Assistant

The post holder will provide a comprehensive professional Personal Assistant and secretarial service to the Executive Director of Nursing, Midwifery and Allied Health Professionals, managing sensitive matters in a discreet and confidential manner. The post holder will be confident and use excellent organisational skills, be able to work on their own initiative in resolving problems, and maintain a consistently high professional approach. They will be proficient in complex diary management, minute or note taking and production of accurate documents. The role will also include the provision of administrative and secretarial support to other senior managers in the directorate, if required.
