Responsibilities:
- Coordinate tasks, prioritize deadlines, and ensure a seamless administrative service.
- Manage diaries, events, and travel arrangements for the Renal Quintet.
- Handle correspondence, reports, and presentations using MS Office.
- Prioritize and manage email traffic, highlighting urgent matters.
- Arrange meetings, prepare documents, and take minutes.
Requirements:
- Essential:
- Previous secretarial experience and coordination of tasks.
- Excellent IT skills, including MS Office proficiency.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with tact and objectivity.
- Desirable:
- Experience within the NHS.
