Kenneth Brian Associates are recruiting for a Secretary on behalf of our client based in Epsom, whom are in the professional services industry. We are seeking someone who has 10+ years Secretarial/Administration experience, looking to work for a local yet successful business and fulfil a varied role.
Duties:
- Organise Directors diary and make appointments
- Act as point of contact on behalf of the director, screening calls handling enquiries
- Drafting letters and emails, updating spreadsheets, filing etc.
- Preparing letters and chasing required documents
- Communicating with HMRC
Experience:
- Previous office experience 10+ years, ideally within a professional services environment
- Excellent communication skills is essential
- Able to work off own initiative and happy to get stuck in with whatever's needed
- Numerate
- Good IT skills and ability to pick up new skills
- Able to multitask with accuracy
