The Founder/Director of this lovely small but successful family run business based in Wembley Park is looking for a PA / Personal Assistant. You'll be required to work 5 days in the office with a wonderful friendly team, working in a varied position. Experience of working in the construction industry is a PLUS! There is parking available if you did want to drive. As PA, you will be looking after the MD who is great and it’s a really exciting opportunity for someone to come in and make the job your own and get stuck in. The position will also include general office administration. Some of the duties as PA will include;- diary management, booking travel & accommodation, inputting details on to the database, ordering office supplies, obtain purchase invoices, HR admin, answering phones, organising files, support project teams, assisting with recruitment, scheduling appointments and more. They are looking for a PA / Personal Assistant who is eager, hungry to learn and get involved and someone who enjoys a fun but hard working environment.
