JOB TITLE: Personnel Assistant (PA)- Real Estate & Housing
LOCATION: London
HOURS: Full Time
WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of your time, at our London office.
SALARY: £39,653 - £45,914

We currently have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced PA to join the Real Estate & Housing team supporting the sector Managing Directors. This role will provide you the scope to build a great network and develop an understanding of this exciting team and the activities they perform.
You’ll be professional, inquisitive, enthusiastic, and resourceful and have a tenacity to get things done even when problems occur, problem solving on the fly! You’ll be able to work independently but also know when to enlist the help of others.
A happy to help attitude is essential and you’ll be an excellent communicator who enjoys working with others and is confident building strong business relationships.
Key Accountabilities:
  • Provide comprehensive and efficient PA, secretarial and administrative services to the RE&H Sector MDs, ensuring the highest levels of speed and, accuracy, observing at all times the highest degree of confidentiality.
  • Maintain accurate diaries of commitments for the MDs to assist in planning work schedules/diary management to ensure their time is used efficiently and effectively.
  • Deal with sensitive data in a confidential and professional manner.
  • Co-ordinate and arrange internal and external meetings, travel arrangements, meeting accommodation and refreshments.
  • Follows existing procedures and precedents in determining the correct course of action for routine functional enquiries.
  • Maintain HR activities, absence and holiday recording and ensuring all documentation is filed correctly.

What we need from you?
  • Previous PA experience working with senior leaders, where self-motivation and organisation is key.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships within and across teams and work collaboratively with colleagues.
  • Strong Microsoft office skills.
  • Capable of working on own initiative using tact, discretion, diplomacy, and initiative.
