Are you highly organised with exceptional prioritization skills, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys providing first class support to senior staff? We have an exciting opportunity for you to become the right hand person to the MD of this well known and established firm.

You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the MD's office, and the skills you can bring to the role will be instrumental in driving success.

Duties will include:

• Diary management: scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings and making travel arrangements
• Handing correspondence and phone calls, ensuring prompt and professional responses
• Assisting with preparation of presentations and other documents as needed
• Organising and maintaining records, files and confidential information with utmost discretion
• Able to liaise with internal and external stakeholders, building strong relationships
