Personal Injury Support AssistantIpswichGBP20,800Office based9-5pmThe Role As a Personal Injury Support Assistant you will support Personal Injury team on a day to day basis.Admin SupportAssisting with post and communicationsCo-ordinating photocopying and filing for the team in conjunction with Central Office ServicesPreparation of forms and paperwork necessary for the conduct of client files, to include file closing and openingDay-to-day support to fee earners File work Working closely with the PI team to input all data received from claimants and submit claims on behalf of the fee earnersSending instructions to medical agencies for treatment and/or appointmentsRequesting medical recordsCollecting ID documents from clients and liaising with the Central File Opening team to ensure all client files are openedDealing with requests for information; checking archived files for payments etcUpdating clients regularly on behalf of the teamCalls to/from clients, third parties and medical agenciesOther dutiesMaintain each client file in accordance with the requirements of the firm's ISO standard, benchmarks and the SRAAttend any relevant meetingsRun monthly reporting and distribute to appropriate external recipients Knowledge, Skills and Experience some office based experience in an administrative rolea good telephone mannergreat interpersonal skillsthe ability to prioritise workloada flexible approach to your workthe ability to remain calm under pressureexcellent client serviceknowledge of how to use office equipmentcapable of maintaining client confidentiality at all times Please contact Ruth on for further information.
