Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Personal Assistant to the Director. This role will provide administrative support and ensure smooth operations within the office. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be proficient in various software applications, and have a strong ability to multitask.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the Director's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Handle phone calls and emails, responding promptly and professionally
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
- Conduct research and gather information as needed
- Assist with travel arrangements and accommodations
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Organize and maintain files and documents
- Provide general clerical support such as photocopying, faxing, and mailing
- Assist in managing office supplies inventory
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative or Personal Assistant role preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality

Pay: £33,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
