Our client is a truly fantastic flat-structured investment firm with beautiful offices, based in the heart of the City and close to multiple tube and overground stations. They have multiple offices throughout the UK, with the London office being their busy HQ.
As a company they work hard and strive for excellent results, but are also sociable and enjoy working together. They have a welcoming and gregarious PA and EA team, who work collectively to maintain a superior level of support and impeccably run office.
The Personal Assistant will support a team of 8 within their high octane and results-driven Private Equity division. The role will be super busy and varied, requiring a confident and outgoing PA who is happy to work at the very core of a thriving team.
THE ROLE:
- Diary management across multiple diaries, with particular focus on 2 C-Suite Executives
- Travel management, to include complex itineraries
- Management of events and projects, from start to finish
- Coordination of AGMs
- Board liaison and board packs
- High level document preparation
- Working with the support team on office projects to ensure constant streamlining and best practice
THE CANDIDATE:
- An intelligent and hardworking support professional, ideally coming from a private equity or investment background
- Confident, happy to muck-in and be a part of the team, ambitious and keen to build excellent working relationships
The company offer a discretionary bonus, 25 days holiday (with Xmas close), pension, private healthcare, and 1-2 days working from home (Mondays and Wednesdays are compulsory office days).
