My client is a large not for profit organisation based in Wolverhampton looking for a Personal Assistant to support one of their key directors.
Description
Provide diary management to the directorManage and organise complex diaries and schedules.
Coordinate and prepare documents for meetings.
Act as the first point of contact for the department, dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
Maintain efficient filing systems and databases.
Organising events
Coordinate travel arrangements as needed.
Undertake any other duties consistent with the role of a Personal Assistant.

- Experience as a Personal Assistant
- Can work in a fast paced and demanding role
- Good communication skills
- Can use initiative
- Enjoys working in a busy environment
- Can commute to Wolverhampton
