Private and Business Personal Assistant
Location: Borehamwood, Hertfordshire
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support a Business owner in both their personal and business matters. This role is based in Borehamwood, Hertfordshire, and offers an exciting opportunity for a proactive and organised individual to join an established and succesful business.
Key Responsibilities for the Personal Assistant:
- Manage and coordinate the Director's personal and professional calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Act as a gatekeeper, handling incoming communications, emails, and correspondence with discretion and professionalism.
- Organise and oversee personal events, both social and professional, ensuring all arrangements are executed smoothly.
- Assist with business-related tasks, such as preparing reports, conducting research, and liaising with stakeholders.
- Handle household management duties, including overseeing household staff, managing budgets, and coordinating maintenance services.
- Provide general administrative support, including filing, document preparation, and expense tracking.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Private Personal Assistant is essential.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with individuals at all levels.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
- A valid driving license and access to a vehicle are mandatory.
- Borehamwood must be within a half-hour drive for the applicant.
