Based in London (Stanmore), this role offers the unique opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of individuals and communities through innovative approaches to talent development. ( a thoughtful multitasker that will work alongside the CEO across countries to maximize impact )
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Leadership: Lead and oversee operations across both the education and music divisions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute strategic plans for growth and expansion in both industries, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- Team Development: Build and mentor high-performing teams, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, continuous learning and fierce accountability .Cross-Industry Collaboration: Facilitate collaboration and synergy between the education and music divisions, leveraging insights and best practices to drive overall organizational success.
- Resource Management: Optimize resource allocation and utilization, including budgeting, staffing, and infrastructure, to support operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, vendors, and industry leaders, to enhance organizational reputation and drive strategic initiatives.
- Performance Monitoring: Develop and implement metrics and KPIs to monitor performance and evaluate the success of operational initiatives, making data-driven decisions to drive continuous improvement.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards, and mitigate operational risks through effective risk management practices.
- Sales Growth: Work with the team to foster sales on a commission basis.
