- Diary management for a team of lawyers
- Handle internal and external calls and enquiries
- Monitor and distribute incoming post and emails
- Arrange meetings, including booking rooms and organising refreshments
- Organise travel arrangements
- Support with requesting cheques and bank transfers, and with billing and credit control
- General administrative support and record keeping
About you:
- Experience as a Personal Assistant
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to prioritise and manage own work load
- A team player
